  “ The Penthouse ” spends its second week at the top of the most buzzworthy dramas list, while  Lee Dong Wook  of “ Tale of the Nine-Tailed ” rises to No. 2 among cast members! Good Data Corporation has shared the weekly rankings of the dramas and cast members that generated the most buzz for the week of November 30 through December 6. The company collected data from news articles, blog posts and online communities, videos, and social media for 23 currently airing or upcoming dramas. With SBS’s “The Penthouse” at the top of the most buzzworthy drama list for the second week in a row, tvN’s “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” rises one spot to take No. 2. It’s followed by tvN’s “Start-Up” in third place. The top 10 dramas that generated the most buzz in the first week of December are as follows: 1. “The Penthouse” – 24.15 percent 2. “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” – 17.13 percent 3. “Start-Up” – 12.46 percent 4. OCN’s “The Uncanny Counter” – 7.52 percent 5. KBS2’s “ Cheat on Me If You Can ” – 4.48 per

  The “Idol Star Athletics Championships” will be taking a break this upcoming Lunar New Year. On December 11, MBC announced that the semiannual program will not be airing for the 2021 Lunar New Year holiday. With the recent increasing of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Korea, the social distancing level has risen to 2.5 in the Seoul metropolitan area. As the severity of the situation is expected to continue, the show has decided to not hold a recording as a preemptive safety measure. MBC has held the “Idol Star Athletics Championships” twice a year for Lunar New Year and Chuseok over the past decade, and this will be the first time that the event will not have a Lunar New Year special since it started. This past Chuseok, the “ 2020 Idol Star eSports Championships ” and the “ 2020 Idol Star Dog-agility Championships ” were held as spin-off events.   A K-drama script can be amazing, but without the right actors who bring the story to life, the drama will never reach its full potential. The year 2020 has brought us many great K-dramas with incredible actors. In this list, you will see some familiar faces and some faces we haven’t seen in awhile, but one thing is for sure, these actors gave it their all in their respective roles. Here are 10 of the best Korean actors 2020 had to offer. Disclaimer: List is in no particular order.  1.  Park Bo Gum This was a big year for Park Bo Gum as he starred in the tvN coming-of-age drama “Record of Youth” as well as the sci-fi thriller “Seo Bok” alongside  Gong Yoo . Park Bo Gum’s portrayal as the struggling model who tries to achieve his dreams of becoming an actor showcased his maturity as an actor. Although the sweet and romantic side of Park Bo Gum was perfect, the scenes where he acted as a rough and tumble bad boy were the ones that really stuck out. It was bone chillingly good! 2.  Nam J
